The last of my warband’s archers was something of a struggle and clearly not a miniature that agreed with me.

A pretty average miniature with some awful sculpting (hands, bow, etc. are terrible) I ended up half way through painting it only to strip the paint off and start again. The second attempt was only just passable, mainly to avoid stripping and starting again for a third time.

The final annoyance was to be the cursed furry varnish — again. Most likely due to increasing humidity as we move through rainy season towards high summer.

At least the archers are now complete and I can move on to the next unit; 8 axe wielding warriors.
